Your credit card will be charged monthly and the amount will be based on the number of users that have joined your company in Pave Commute. You can always see a preview of your next bill in the dashboard. Users that have joined during the current month will only be billed in the following month. Users disconnecting their account from your company during a month are still billed for the full month.

If the charge to your credit card fails, you will receive an email from Stripe, our payment service provider. The dashboard will also notify you about issues once you log in.

All bills are available through the dashboard when clicking on “See breakdown” or “Update plan” on the Billing & Plans page.
