If you are using the Pave Commute App
Ensure that the code is not older than 8 minutes and you have not navigated away from the “enter the code” page; going back to the previous page invalidates your code.
If you have tried the button inside the email, try to enter the code manually instead.
Once you entered the last character a loading should appear automatically. If you receive an error, double check the code or request a new code.

If you are on dashboard.pavecommute.app (Manager Dashboard)
If you have received multiple login codes, make sure that you use the most recent login code and make sure you have not navigated away from the “enter the code” page. If you go back to the previous page or reload the page any existing login codes are invalidated and you will have to start again.
