We recommend that you use your company's email address. However, you can also use your private email address.

How can I log trips?

You can activate trip recording in the settings or by clicking on various hints throughout the app.

How do I activate trip recording?

Make sure that your address is correct and the trip recording is active.

Automatic trip recording: Tips & tricks

Your GPS data is treated confidentially. Neither your company nor your work colleagues  have access to your GPS data.

Does my company get access to my GPS data?

Activate the fitness and motion data so that we can better identify sustainable commutes and reward you for them.

Why does automatic trip recording require fitness and motion data in addition to GPS?

Automatic trip recording will use around 5% battery per day.

How much of my device battery will automatic trip recording use?

Set the location permission to "Always allow" and deactivate the battery saving mode so that we can record your trips.

Which device permissions are required for automatic trip recording?

First check whether your app permissions are set up correctly. You can also enter the trip manually.

What if the app didn’t record my trip?

1. Click on the respective trip.
2. Select "Change mode of transportation".
3. Select the correct mode and click on "Save".

How much are my coins worth?

Exchange coins for donations, rewards or raffle tickets. Availability varies, check the app regularly to make sure you don't miss anything.

What rewards can I exchange my Coins for?

1. Go to "Rewards". 
2. Check the redemption requirements.
3. Click on "Purchase" and select the quantity.
4. Click on "Confirm".

How do I redeem my Coins?

Get recognized and exchange it for awesome rewards.

Collecting Coins & purchasing rewards

It can take up to 30 minutes before you receive your coins. If they are not listed, you can add them yourself. Also check your permissions.

I'm missing coins for my commute.

You may be logged in with the wrong account. Log out and use the login method of the initial registration.

My coin balance has changed!

1. Make sure that you are using the correct e-mail account.
2. Check the spam folder.
3. Search for the email in your mailbox.

I can’t find my redemption email.

Why do I need to submit my working hours?

1. Tap on the chat icon.
2. Tap on "Create group".
3. Edit the group and add people.
4. Tap on "Create".

How can I browse and join groups?
