If you are outside Europe:
Rewards are provided directly by your company and your company needs an active plan to provide rewards.
If you are in Europe:
You can exchange your coins for rewards, raffle tickets and discount codes during the free trial. Once the free trial is over your company needs to upgrade their plan, before you can exchange coins again.
