Check that your home address is correct.
Start recording before you leave home.
Make sure to record until you reach your work address and stop recording if you are using active mode.
In a carpool make sure everyone records the trip from their home to the work address.
Remember it sometimes takes a few minutes to identify the trip so check back in the app later in the day.
