If you want to continue using automatic trip recording
First ensure that all of your app permissions are correct. The app helps you with that once you click on the red or yellow warning in the top right of your screen. Check out this article to help you with permission setup.
If automatic trip recording still does not work please contact us at [email protected] and specify the date when the trip recording failed so we can investigate further.
If it’s about a carpool, please include all members of your carpool in the email.
