After youāve completed all of the app set-up steps in the Dashboard (First steps as a Manager) other users will be able to download the app and sign in directly with their company email address. Share the exciting news with your team using the communications templates available in the dashboard.
The best way to get your team started using Pave Commute is to invite them directly! There are two options for inviting users to Pave Commute from the dashboard (https://dashboard.pavecommute.app):
Single user invite
Click "Users" in the left navigation menu, and and select āUser list.ā
Click on āInvite userā in the upper right-hand corner.
Fill out the details for each user, including name and email address.
Click "Invite" to invite the user to Pave Commute. The user will receive an email with instructions to download the Pave Commute app and sign up.
List import
Click "Users" in the left navigation menu, and and select āUser list.ā
Click on āImportā on the upper right-hand corner.
Upload a .CSV file with the necessary information. You can download a sample file by clicking āSample Fileā on the upper right-hand corner.
Click on āImport nowā. An invitation email to all invited users will be sent out immediately.
ā¹ļø Under "App settings" > āRegistrationā enter any pre-approved company email domains to make it easier for users to register in the app.
Once they accept your invite, users will receive helpful hints and tips via email in case they get stuck in the onboarding or thereafter
