How can I create self-managed rewards?

Managers can create individual rewards in the dashboard under "Your rewards" and add their own image and text.

Managers can create self-managed rewards in the dashboard (https://dashboard.pavecommute.app/rewards/overview) under "Your rewards".

  1. Click on "Rewards" in the left-hand column of the dashboard.

  2. Select "Your rewards" at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the button "+ Add first reward". For additional rewards, the button will be named "+ Add".

  4. Choose a reward type (Donation campagin, Rewards program or Raffle) . Find out more about those reward types here.

  5. Add a cover image and specify how many coins are required to purchase the reward or raffle ticket. Set a start and end date for the reward and, if applicable, a per-user-limit for the maximum number that can be purchased or donated. Only activated rewards that are set to a time frame that includes the current date, or are available in the future, are visible in the app.

  6. Finally, add the title, text and instructions in the desired languages and click on "Create".

The rewards created can be edited or deleted at any time. Simply click on the three dots to the right of the reward title. By clicking on "Export" in this menu item, a CSV file is automatically downloaded. This file contains all the data on the purchases so that ticket buyers, reward buyers and donors can be identified.
