How users can join your company

Managers can invite users via the dashboard. Users can also register themselves and send a join request.

Pave Commute offers several ways in which users can join your company.

Inviting users via the dashboard

Invite users quickly and easily via the Pave Commute dashboard.

Inviting individual users

  1. Navigate to "Users" โ†’ "User List" in the dashboard sidebar.

  2. Click the "Invite User" button and fill out the invitation form.

  3. The invited user will now receive an email with the download link to Pave Commute.

Importing multiple users

  1. Navigate to "Users" โ†’ "User List" in the dashboard sidebar.

  2. Click the "Import" button.

  3. Upload a CSV file with the details of the users to be invited (๐Ÿ’กTip: Check out the linked example CSV beforehand to familiarize yourself with the required format).

  4. The invited users will now receive an email with the download link to Pave Commute.

Joining without an invitation email

Users can also join your company via the Pave Commute app without a prior invitation.

Manual join requests by users

After registering, users can select your company in the Pave Commute app and send a join request. Managers of Pave Commute in your company will receive an email reminder as soon as a new open join request appears in the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to "Users" โ†’ "User List" in the dashboard sidebar.

  2. Open join requests can now be rejected or accepted.

Registration with a company email address

You can specify the email domain of your company in the Pave Commute dashboard. Users who register with this email address automatically join your company.

  1. Navigate to "App Settings" and select the "Login" tab.

  2. You can now specify the email domains of your company (๐Ÿ’กTip: The email domain is the part of the email that follows the "@" symbol).
