Joining with your company email (recommended)
In the email field enter your work email. This email usually looks like [email protected]. Once you have entered it, you will see an arrow pointing right. Click it.
If you are in the EU, you must accept the terms and cookies as the next two steps. Continue forward until you arrive at the screen called “Enter code”. You will receive a 6 digit code via email. Enter the code in the grey fields. If the code did not arrive or expired (it is valid for 8 minutes), you can click on “Resend code” to get a new code. Problems? Get help in this article.
If your company has everything set up correctly you will now see the following screen, asking you to join your company.
Click on “Join” and continue with the onboarding in the app. If you are in the EU, you will see one more screen where you have to click on “Accept” before finally joining your company.
Joining with your private email
In the email field enter your private email. Once you have entered it, you will see an arrow pointing right. Click it.

Joining with Google or Apple login

Click on either the Google and Apple button. Continue signing up with the selected provider. Now continue with Selecting your company
Selecting your company
If you signed up with your private email or Google/Apple login, you must select your company from a list. If you registered with your company email, this step is not relevant.
If you can’t find your company reach out to your manager our contact us at [email protected].
Once you have found your company, click on it and you will see the following screen, where you click on “Join”.
If you are in the EU you will see one more screen where you have to click on “Accept” before proceeding.
At this point, a join request has been sent to your company. Your company will review this request, so it is important to enter your full name in the provided field.
Once sent you will see the following screen. You can now click on “Next” and continue with the onboarding, while your company reviews your join request. You will get a notification once your join request has been approved.
