In Europe we differentiate between rewards included in the price and self-managed rewards.

The latter contains three types of rewards, that are explained in detail in the following: Donation campaign, rewards program and raffles. They can be added in the Company Dashboard.

Rewards program

Make a canteen voucher, extra vacation hours, a massage voucher or a local retail voucher available to users in the app. There are soo many options! Online you’ll find hundreds of brands offering vouchers that you can order, receive and send out to your users within minutes.

Think of something attractive and popular for the people in your team. Ideally it fits to the company culture and helps your team bond with your company. Choosing sustainable brands will make the most coherent benefit offering, since sustainability is the core theme of the Pave Commute app.

Donation campaign

Many companies have donation programs that show that they support a social cause and take on responsibility for the environment and their stakeholders.

Raffle

Raffles are a popular incentive and comparably cheap. Set up monthly or quarterly raffles and include them in your internal communication measures. Gatherings such as the summer party or the Christmas party are great occasions to draw the winners. Thereby you attract new users who join the green commuter revolution!

Outside of Europe we don’t offer any rewards included in the price. There are two ways how you can reward sustainable commuting with the Pave Commute app at your company: Tango rewards and self-managed rewards (as explained above).

Tango rewards

We have integrated the Tango rewards platform into Pave Commute to make hundreds of attractive brands accessible to your users. It’s simple to set up and requires almost no ongoing administration.

Find out here, how to set up Tango and add budget!
